摘要
采用熔体发泡法制备泡沫铝合金。系统地分析了发泡剂在弥散搅拌过程中,搅拌时间、速度、温度对孔隙率和密度的影响。对发泡剂在搅拌过程的弥散分布及气泡在熔体中的破碎,循环运动和稳定作用进行了研究和深讨。结果表明搅拌时间、温度、速度分别控制在1.5-2.5 min,625-655℃,1500-2000 r/min时可制取低密度、高孔隙率的泡沫铝合金材料。
Aluminum Foam was prepared by using melt- foaming technique, and the influence of the stirring time, speed and temperature was investigated in the foaming dispersion mixing, Mechanism of foaming agent in the process of stirring dispersion and bubbles in the melt broken, recurring movement and stability were studied. The results show that the low density, high porosity of the aluminium Foam can be obtained with stirring time 1.5 - 2.5min, temperature 625 - 655℃, and speed 1500 - 2000r·^-1 min^-1
