经尺动脉冠状动脉造影及经皮冠状动脉介入治疗14例分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨经尺动脉冠状动脉造影及经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PC I)的可行性。方法:共入选14例经桡动脉穿刺失败患者,男9例,女5例。全部患者均符合冠状动脉造影适应证。尺动脉穿刺方法、导管选择及操作手法基本同经桡动脉法。结果:14例尺动脉造影全部成功,其中3例成功行PC I,植入支架5枚,其中LAD 2枚,LCX 1枚,RCA 2枚。术后均一次拔除动脉鞘管,无并发症。结论:经尺动脉冠状动脉造影及PC I是可行的,值得临床推广应用。
