摘要
以马尿酸为模板分子,2-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,在甲醇溶液中制备了马尿酸分子印迹聚合物。该聚合物对模板分子具有良好的亲和性和选择性,用作液谱固定相可将其与结构类似物酪氨酸快速基线分离,并对功能单体种类进行了选择。
Heppuric Acid (HA) molecular imprinting polymers was synthesized with heppuric acid as the template, thylene dimethacrylate (EDMA) as crosslinker, azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator in methanol solution. The imprinted polymer has excellent affinity and marked selectivity for template molecule, A good baseline separated for heppuric acid and its isomer tyrosine was achieved. In the experiments, the kind of the functional monomers have been chosen.
