摘要
分析了PER扩展理论的锥罩压垮过程,通过仿真得到药型罩的压垮速度历程曲线,利用非线性拟合方法获得极限压垮速度,结合Defourneaux经验公式、P.C-Zhou公式、Randers-Pehrson公式及Carleone-Flis公式,综合计算得到环型起爆条件下B炸药与钽罩使用的Defourneaux公式的系数,为成型过程的模型计算提供参考.结果表明应用改进的PER扩展理论可以描述环型起爆下大锥角成型装药的成型过程.
The collapsing course of cone liner was analyzed by PER theory. The curve of collapsing velocity of liner varying with time was obtained by simulation. According to the method of nonlinear fitness, the limit velocity of each unit of liner was gotten. Combining empirical Defourneaux fomula, P C Zhou formula, Randers-Pehrson formula and Carleone-Flis formula, the coefficients of Defourneaux formula of the action of explosive B and tantalum liner under peripheral initiation were obtained by comprehensive computation. The results offer reference for projection computation of engineering model for shaped charge. The process of shaped charge with big cone angle under peripheral initiation condition can be described by improved PER theory.
