摘要
基于故障物理的电子产品故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术在我国刚开始起步。针对电子产品PHM中应力或性能参数无法直接进行测量,而只能通过测量该产品或该产品某部位的环境参数(如温度、湿度等)以进行健康诊断和预计剩余寿命的情况,构建了一种基于无线数字传输技术、简洁可靠的无线网络通信策略、配合成熟的传感器技术的环境实时监测网络系统,为电子产品PHM技术的实现提供了一种无线数据采集系统原型。
PHM( prognostic and health management) in China is a rising technology in recent years. A real-time sensor network precept based on the wireless communication with compact as well as reliable protocol and mature sensor technology is introduced. It is customized by the application of equipment health diagnose and residual-cycle prediction by monitoring the ambient parameters ( e. g. temperature, humidity and etc) but the directly measure of some performance parameters is impossible in electronic production.
