摘要 从6个方面介绍了骨外固定器近10年来在临床上的应用情况。简要阐述了骨外固定器促进骨折愈合的机制,利用力的平衡条件,由钢针发生变形而产生作用力,作用于骨折断面上,稳定骨折,使骨折端可以产生纵向压力,避免了坚强内固定产生的应力遮挡作用,从而促进骨折愈合,既能为骨折端提供稳定的固定,又不进一步破坏局部血液循环,从力学和生物学两方面为骨折愈合创造了有利条件。详细介绍了不同部位骨折所应用的不同的外固定器的原理及优点,最后对骨外固定器未来的研究方向进行初步的探讨。 This article introduces the clinical application of external skeletal fixation device from six aspects in the past ten years,which includes simple explanation of mechanism, of external skeletal fixation device in promoting fracture healing. By using equilibrium condtion, produced effort from deformed wire needle can act on the section of fracture and stabilize the fracture, which not only can avoid blocking effect of stress from strong internal fixation and promote healing of fractured bone by induced pressure in length wise of the ends of fractured bone from that, but also can provide stable fixation for fractured bone ends besides not and can not further destroy the local circulation, So, it can make helpful condition for fratured bone healing from mechanics and biology.This article also reviews the principle and advantages of different fixation device used in bone fracture of different location and debates the future developing direction of these devices.
