摘要
目的：建立盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法。方法：样品以冰醋酸为溶媒，以结晶紫为指示剂，用0．1mol／L标准高氯酸溶液进行滴定。结果：平均回收率为99．81％，RSD为0．04％-0．19％（n=5）。结论：采用非水滴定法测定盐酸水苏碱的含量，方法简单、可靠、准确。
Objective： To establish a nonaqueous titration method for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride. Methods： Ice vinegar was used as solvent, and 2 g/L crystal violet as indicator. Betaine hydrochloride was titrated by 0.1 mol/L perchloric acid solution. Results： The average recovery rate was 99.81% （n = 5） , and RSD was 0.04% -0.19% （n =5）. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable and accurate.
