摘要
战略定位是战略选择的前提,文章采用离散赋值法构建了一个战略SWOT定量决策模型,运用置换检验法对量表征询的结果进行了处理;以SWOT战略四边形的重心坐标作为战略定位的初始依据,以其极坐标(θ,ρ)作为战略定位的最终依据;并揭示了向量(θ,ρ)在战略定位中的管理学含义。
This paper constructs a quantitative SWOT decision model on the basis of discrete valuation, in which the conflict over the experts' opinions is resolved by carrying out a replacement analysis. Based on this model, the strategic vector in a polar system can be accurately positioned. The managerial meanings of the strategic vector are also illustrated.
