摘要
在研制的100kW超导电机中,其转子结构特殊,为内、外双层叠套的密闭容腔式转子。内、外转子套装后,两端密封焊接。因内转子轴向为多段式由螺栓联接组成、且其上装有超导磁极,不能承受振动或高温,故该转子焊后去应力无法按常规的几种方式:自然时效、热处理、振动时效进行。现经实际应用、检测及电机总装、试验,最终采用的新工艺—超声冲击法去应力,能达到该特殊结构的超导电机转子焊后去应力的要求。
The special baroque of developed 100kW superconducting electric machinery is closed chamber with double deck.Two sides are seal welding.Because the inner rotor is multi-section which is connected by bolts and superconducting magnetic pole on the top,it can't stand vibration or high temperature,so after the armature jointing,it can't use groovy methods for eliminate jointing stress:natural seasoning,high temperature treatment and shake treatment.Now,by practical application,inspection and electric machinery fabricate and experiment,a new technology is used,ultrasonic impact treatment,and can match for the requirements.
