在化工装置中,材料的选择至关重要,应根据介质成分、温度、压力及冲刷破坏等工况,结合材料本身的抗腐蚀性,硬度,加工性能,焊接特性等来综合评定。针对甲醇羰基合成法醋酸装置中所涉及的特殊材料,介绍了各种金属材质对于醋酸的抗腐蚀性及材料选择,重点介绍了锆材和哈氏合金的发展过程,材料分类,成分组成,化学特性,物理特性和主要的应用场合。
The choice of material is crucial in chemical plants, it should be chosen according to process fluid,temperature,pressure and erosion damage etc, combining the corrosion-proof property, hardness, machining property and weld property of the material. This discourse , to count for the special materials used in methyl alcohol carbonyl synthetic acetic acid plant, introduces various metal material's corrosionproof property in the acetic acid environment and focuses on the development, sort, components, chemical property, physical property and main applications of the zirconium material and hastelloy alloy.
