摘要
对测胰岛素敏感性的小剂量短时胰岛素耐量试验(ITT)进行改进,用毛细血管血糖代替加热手臂使静脉血动脉化的方法,测注射胰岛素0.05U/kg后3、6、9、12、15、18分钟血糖降低的斜率,即胰岛素敏感性指数(KITT值)。结果:毛细血管血糖与动脉化的静脉血血糖十分接近;两法KITT也基本相同。本法测得KITT,25~34岁正常组为3.55±0.89,21~63岁正常组为3.29±0.83,单纯性肥胖为2.36±0.89,NIDDM组为1.15±0.49。本法重复性好、灵敏度高,较其它计算方法可靠;是一种短时、安全、可靠、方便,对患者痛苦少的测量胰岛素敏感性的方法。
The short insulin tolerance test (ITT) for determination of insulin sensitivity was improved by using capillary blood glucose instead of arterialized venous blood glucose. The profile of capillary blood glucose 3,6,9,12,15 and 18 minutes after injection of insulin (0.05U/kg) was assessed and K ITT counted. The results showed that the capillary blood glucose value was very close to the arterialized venous blood glucose value and there was no difference of K ITT between these two kinds of blood. K ITT from normal group I (25~34 yrs),normal group II (21~63 yrs), simple obesity group and NIDDM group were 3.55±0.89, 3.29±0.83, 2.36±0.89 and 1.15±0.49 respectively. Being sensitive and able to give reproducible results, the improved method is a short, safe, reliable and convenient method and can be used even in patients from out patient department.
