摘要
分析潜艇分段顶部吊耳的受力,介绍动载综合系数的选取,针对设备吊装过程中吊耳所承受的拉伸、剪切和弯曲进行强度计算,采用有限元软件Ansys建立吊耳模型,对吊耳强度进行校核,为同类型吊耳设计提供参政。
The forces of tensile, shear and bending acting upon the lifting lug in the upper of the submarine subsection in equipment lifting process, as well as the dynamic load coefficient k were analyzed. The finite element model of the lifting lug was established in ANSYS, and the stresses were calculated to check its structural strength. The results can be referenced by the design of similar lifting lugs.
