摘要
为探讨Q-T_d、J-T_d与冠脉病变程度间的关系,对53例患者(临床诊断冠心病25例)的Q-T_d、J-T_d与冠脉造影作对比观察。结果表明:冠脉造影正常组与冠脉造影异常组相比Q-T_d与J-T_d均有显著差异。反映心室肌复极时限差异,J-T_d较Q-T_d更为精确。认为结合Q-T_d、J-T_d的观察,可以间接判断冠状动脉病变及其病变程度,对指导治疗、判断预后有一定意义。
In order to detect relationship between severity of coronary artery pathological changes and Q-Td, J-Td, Q-Td, J-Td in 53 patients (25 cases diagnosed as coro-nary heart disease before operation), who had undergone coronary angiography were comparably observed. Result showed significant difference in Q-Td and J-Td between normal coronary angiogram group and abnormal one, revealing regional variation in ventricular re-polarization, and J-Td was more precise than Q-Td. Coronary artery pathological changes and severity can be indirectly judged by assessing Q-Td and J-Td, which will benifit necessary therapy and help to predict outcome.
