摘要
针对所设计的离合器齿毂结构的CAD模型,首先利用划分网格专用软件对这个离合器齿毂结构的几何模型进行几何修理,划分网格,建立适用于有限元分析的模型。然后运用有限元软件INDEED根据实际结构的工作情况模拟工作环境,最后将齿毂结构强度的计算结果与ABAQUS软件的计算结果进行比较,两种软件计算结果是一致的。该方法具有简便性和有效性。
The CAD model of the clutch hub plate was repaired geometrically and meshed by a mesh software {or finite element analysis. The working condition of the clutch hub plate was simulated by FE software INDEED. Then, the structural strength of the hub plate was analyzed in ABAQUS and INDEED, the results computed by two softwares are quite same. the method presented shows simple, convenient and effective.
