戴氏虫草对人喉鳞癌细胞生长抑制与凋亡诱导作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究戴氏虫草中生物活性物质对人喉鳞癌细胞(H ep-2)生长抑制与凋亡诱导作用,以及对半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)活性的影响。方法:采用四氮甲基唑蓝(MTT)和流氏细胞光度术(FCM)研究戴氏虫草中生物活性物质对人喉鳞癌细胞生长抑制与凋亡诱导作用,采用比色法观察Caspase-3活性的变化。结果:戴氏虫草中生物活性物质在所试浓度下对Hep-2细胞有极显著的抑制作用;戴氏虫草中生物活性物质能诱导H ep-2发生细胞凋亡作用。结论:戴氏虫草中生物活性物质能抑制Hep-2细胞的生长,诱导其细胞凋亡,同时可引起Caspase-3活性的改变。 Objectives: To investigate the inhibiting effects of the biological active substances from C. taii Liang et liu on larygeal carcinoma Hep-2 cells and the activity of cysteinyl aspartate specific protease -3 (Caspase-3). Methods: The inhibiting effects of the biological active substances from C. taii Liang et liu was evaluated by MTT assay, The apoptosis was separeted by FCM. The activity of Caspase- 3 was assessed by colonrimetric assay . Results .. The biological active substances from C. taii Liang et liu inhibited the growth of Hep-2 in vitro ,and promoted the apoptosis progression of Hep-2 ceil, The activity of Caspase-3 was enhanced after the biological active substances from C, taii Liang et liu treatment. Conclusion :The biological active substances from C. taii Liang et liu can effectively inhibit the growth of Hep-2 cells and result in the alteration of Caspase-3,
