摘要
为在镍基粉末高温合金中获得理想的γ′相显微组织,对γ′粒子特征进行定量表征和科学控制非常必要。本文采用Image-Pro Plus,Image Tool和Origin等软件工具,对镍基粉末高温合金γ′强化相粒子的形态、分布以及尺寸等形貌特征进行了定量分析。结果表明:等效直径、纵横比、形状因子(或紧密度)等参数的引入,可以有效地将粒子的尺寸、尺寸分布和形貌特征量化,更加直观和科学地反映γ′相粒子的析出特征。
In order to obtain the desired microstructure, the γ' particles in alloys should be characterized quantitatively first. In the article, the morphology characterizations of γ' phase particles in a P/M nickelbase superalloy, such as the shape, distribution and size, have been investigated by using the softwares of Image-Pro Plus, Image Tool and Origin. The results show that, Feret diameter, aspect ratio, shape factor (or compactness) are effective parameters for quantitative characterization of γ' phase particles in the P/ M nickel-based superalloy.
