摘要
目的:探讨hTERT mRNA和survivin mRNA在尖锐湿疣中的表达及其相互关系。方法:采用原位杂交方法检测80例尖锐湿疣和正常皮肤组织中的hTERT mRNA和survivin mRNA的表达情况。结果:尖锐湿疣中hTERT mRNA阳性表达率(66.25%)明显高于正常皮肤(20%)(P<0.05);survivin mRNA阳性表达率(55%)明显高于正常皮肤(5.0%)(P<0.05);hTERT mRNA和survivin mRNA两者的表达密切相关(P<0.01)。结论:hTERT和Survivin的过表达在CA中起着重要的作用。Survivin可导致端粒酶活化,但端粒酶激活可能不完全依赖于Survivin的调控。
Objective： To investigate the expression of hTERT mRNA and survivin mRNA in Condyloma Acuminatum（CA） and their correlation. Methods： Expression of hTERTmR√A and survivin mRNA was detected in 80 cases of CA and 20 casess of normal skin tissues using in situ hybridization. Results： The positive rate of hTERTmRNA was significantly higher in CA（ 66.25%）than that in normal tissues（20%） （P〈0. 05）,The positive rate of survivin mRNA was significantly higher in CA（55 %） than that in normal tissues （5. 0%） （P〈 0. 05）; A significant relationship was observed betwween the expression of hTERTmRNA and survivin mRNA in CA（P〈0. 01） . Conclusion： Expression of hTERT and survivin mRNA may play an important role in the CA . The survivin can induce the activation of telomerase ,but the activation of telomerase does not depend on the survivin completely .
