西咪替丁防治脑出血后应激性上消化道出血临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨脑出血并发上消化道出血的危险因素及H2受体拮抗剂在防治脑出血后并发上消化道出血的作用。方法:226例脑出血病人随机分成治疗组、对照组。两组在常规治疗的基础上治疗组加用H2受体拮抗剂西咪替丁防治应激性上消化道出血。结果:与对照组比较发现:GCS(哥拉斯哥昏迷量表积分)<14分、血肿直径>3cm和对照组上消化道出血发生率高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);对照组及脑出血并发上消化道出血者病死率较高。结论:H2受体拮抗剂西咪替丁可有效防治脑出血后并发上消化道出血,能明显降低脑出血后上消化道出血发生率。
