2型糖尿病患者超敏C反应蛋白与微量白蛋白尿相关性分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与微量白蛋白尿(MAU)的相互关系及意义。方法:对2型糖尿病201例患者,测定其尿中微量白蛋白水平,将含有微量白蛋白尿的112例患者设为A组,微量白蛋白尿正常的89例患者设为B组,微量白蛋白尿正常的非糖尿病70例对照者设为C组,再分别测定各组的超敏C反应蛋白水平,进行统计学分析。结果:A组的超敏C反应蛋白水平明显高于其他两组(P<0.05),B组和C组之间的超敏C反应蛋白水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);糖尿病组的超敏C反应蛋白水平与微量白蛋白尿呈显著性正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清超敏C反应蛋白水平和尿微量白蛋白具有相关性,其对糖尿病肾病的发生和病情监测有重要价值。
