摘要
介绍了自行设计开发的数控仿真教学系统的总体结构、功能模块组成,研究了数控仿真三维建模、仿真图形实时感与真实感处理等关键技术;以回转体零件的车削加工为例,论述了数控仿真教学实验系统的实现方法。该数控仿真教学系统已经投入实验教学,运行情况良好,能够满足不同数控系统教学培训的需要。
It designs the general construction and functional modules of CNC simulation teaching system, emphasizes on the key technique of 3D modeling methods, real- time capability and visual faculty. As an exam- ple of lathe machining, it introduces the simulation process of system. The practice of the system shows that its performance can satisfy teaching and training demands of diverse CNC systems.
