摘要 探讨了一种新型的联合制备碳酸钠和氯乙烯单体的方法:首先改进索尔韦法,用有机胺作为氯化氢的接受物,生成有机胺的盐酸盐和纯碱;再将有机胺的盐酸盐与乙炔反应,在非汞催化剂的作用下生成氯乙烯。并对此方法中的关键反应步骤非汞催化乙炔液相氢氯化作了新的试探实验。 A novel process for the co-synthesis of vinyl chloride monomer and sodium carbonate is described. The process involves a variation of the Solvay process in which a primary aliphatic amine is used as a hydrogen chloride acceptor. The amine hydrochloride is subsequently reacted with acetylene in the presence of mercury free catalysts to produce vinyl chloride. And the further experiments were done for the said processs key step.
