摘要
汽油发动机点火正时提前角是否准确,直接影响汽油发动机的使用性能和其排出的废气对大气的污染程度.根据电、磁相互转换的原理,利用汽油发动机火花塞跳火时在其连接导线上有电流通过的现象,将其转换为电压信号,该信号经过处理和放大,触发闪光管闪光,用以指示汽油发动机火花塞的跳火时刻,达到检测和调整汽油发动机点火正时提前角的目的.应用该原理研制的TA1型汽油发动机点火正时分析仪,具有携带方便,操作。
The right timing of gasoline engine is very important for its power ability and air pollution caused by the exhausted gas. According to the principle of electric and magnetic exchange, a prototype of timing analyzer for gasoline engine was developed. The instrument's sensor pickup the electric current signal from the cable when engine spark plug sparking,the cable connect spark plug with a distributor and the sensor indicate a voltage and transfer it to the instrument's main circuit. The voltage is amplified by the main circuit and trigger a flash lamp to have a flash to indicate the engine spark plug ignition time. The prototype of TA 1 timing analyzer is easy to be carried and operated.
