摘要
针对无水稠油的流动特征,基于流体力学基本理论,建立了合理的无水稠油流动特性物理评价模型—细管模型,测量了不同黏度稠油的流变性;建立了对应不同黏度稠油的流变模式和本构方程;确定了塑性黏度与启动压力梯度的关系式;分析了管径、黏度对稠油流变性的影响规律。结果表明,无水稠油的流变模式呈宾汉流体特征,其塑性黏度与启动压力梯度关系以对数形式相关性最好,无水稠油的流动特征与管径、黏度因素关系显著。
In view of the flowage characteristic of heavy crude without water and based on the fluid dynamics theory,the experiment established a advisable physics evaluative model(on the condition of normal temperature and pressure)for water-free heavy oil and measured the rheological property of heavy oil with different viscosity ;The article established the flowage mode and constitutional equation corresponding to the heavy oil with different viscosity;It has also gained the relational expression of plastic viscosity and threshold pressure gradient;analyzed the affection law of viscosity and caliber to the rheological behavior of heavy oil;discussed the affection element on rheological property of the heavy oil and proposed the technical specification of the heavy oil exploitation from the branch of rheological behavior.
