摘要
为了真正实现全矿井"监测、控制、管理"的一体化,必须全面构建矿井采、掘、机、运、通各专业子系统仿真模拟系统——三维虚拟矿井。文章提出了基于3D GIS技术、全面融合全矿井自动化系统构建三维虚拟矿井的设计方案,简要介绍了3D GIS关键技术,较为详细地介绍了三维虚拟矿井系统的软件体系结构、系统功能和数据库的设计。该系统直观地反映了矿井的环境状态、设备状态、人员状态,拥有实用的各专业子系统分析功能,可使矿井各级生产管理部门、安全监察部门直观、快速、全面地了解矿井生产状况和事故原因,为矿井生产管理人员实施调度指挥提供决策依据。该系统也是煤矿的基础信息平台,可以向更高级的各类煤矿生产管理软件和各专家系统提供数据接口。该系统的成功开发将会极大地提升煤矿安全水平,为"数字矿山"建设提供基础服务。
It is necessary to construct simulation system for special subsystems of mining, tunneling, electromechanical equipment, transportation and ventilation of whole mine, 3D virtual mine, in order to realize whole mine's integration of "monitoring, controlling and management". The paper put forward a design scheme of 3D virtual mine based on 3D GIS technology and full automation of coal mine. It briefly introduced the key technology of 3D GIS, and introduced the design of software structure, system's function and database of the 3D virtual mine system in details. The system can reflect the status of environment, equipment and personal and has practical analysis function for the special subsystems, so it can make departments of production management and safety supervision know production status and accident cause of mine directly, rapidly and generally, and provide decision-making criterion of dispatch and command for personal of mine production management. The system is a basal information platform in coal mine, and it can provide data interface for higher management software and expert system of coal mine. The system will greatly enhance the safety level of coal mine and provide basal service for "digital mine".
