摘要
在厘清城市竞争力内涵的基础上,从城市经济实力、城市科技文化水平、城市产业结构与效益、城市开放程度、城市基础设施和服务设施、城市环境水平等七个方面构建城市竞争力综合评价的指标体系和模型,并运用主成分分析方法对合肥与周边省会城市竞争力进行研究,分析结果表明合肥与周边省会城市竞争力存在一定差距。提出提升合肥城市竞争力要正确进行城市定位,充分利用比较优势推动产业结构的调整和升级,加强公共基础设施建设完善合肥城市的整体功能,加快对外开放的步伐,优化人居及生态环境等。
Based on apprehending the connotation of the urban competitive power, the paper constructs the index system and model of comprehensive evaluation on the urban competitive power from seven aspects that include the urban economic strength, urban teehno- culture level, urban industrial structure and benefit, urban opening extent, urban infrastruetui＇es and services facilities, and urban environment level. It adopts the Principal Component Analysis to make a deep study on the urban competitive power of Hefei and the neighboring provincial capitals. The results indicate that there is a certain gap between the urban competitive power of Hefei and the neighboring provincial capitals. It puts forward that in order to advance the urban competitive power of Hefei, it is necessary to find the right niche for the city, promote the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure by making full use of comparative advantage, perfecting the eity＇s integral functions by strengthening the public infrastructures, speed up the opening - up, and optimize the housing and environment .
