摘要
建立了一种采用Shim-pack C18-ODS柱,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(13∶87)为流动相,检测波长为290 nm,同时测定胡黄连中三种苷元有机酸的反相高效液相色谱方法。香草酸、阿魏酸和肉桂酸的线性范围分别为14.0-210.0 ng(R=0.9996)、52.0-520.0 ng(R=0.9995)和6.0-90.0 ng(R=0.9993),平均回收率分别为96.6%、98.9%和97.4%。
The simultaneous determination of vanillic acid, ferulic acid and cinnamic acid in Picrohiza scrophulariiflora Pennell by RP-HPLC method was reported in this paper. The HPLC separation was performed on a Shim-pack C18-ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid (13 : 87) and detected at wavelength 290 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 14.0-210.0 ng for vanillic acid (R = 0. 9996), 52.0 - 520.0 ng for ferulic acid (R = 0. 9995) and 6.0 - 90.0 ng for cinnamic acid(R=0. 9993). The average recovery of vanillic acid,ferulic acid and cinnamic acid was 96.6%, 98. 9% and 97.4% ,respectively. The method was accurate with a good reproducibility.
