摘要 建立了胸腺五肽含量的HPLC检测法,采用C18柱,流动相为50mmol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH7.0)-甲醇(85∶15);流速1ml/min;检测波长275nm。考察了胸腺五肽在不同温度、pH、缓冲盐体系中的稳定性。结果表明,胸腺五肽在酸性介质中降解速度加快。磷酸缓冲体系较柠檬酸缓冲体系更有利于保持胸腺五肽的稳定。 A HPLC method was established for determination of thymopentin solution. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 50mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH 7.0)-methanol (85 : 15), at the detection wavelength of 275nm and the flow rate of lml/min. The stabilities ofthymopentin in two kinds of buffer solutions were assessed at different temperatures and pH values. The results showed that acid environment accelerated the degra- dation ofthymopentin in both buffer solutions. Thymopentin in the phosphate buffer solution was more stable than in the citrate buffer solution.
