摘要
建立了毛细管GC法测定药用辅料十六十八醇的含量。采用HP-1石英弹性毛细管柱,氢火焰离子检测器,柱温205℃,进样口温度250℃,检测器温度250℃。十六醇和十八醇的线性范围均为0.05~5μg,r=0.9999。两者的加样回收率分别为99.1%和99.0%,RSD分别为1.08%和1.06%。
A capillary GC method was established for determination of cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol in cetostearyl alcohol. A HP-1 quartz capillary column was used with FID as the detector. The temperatures of column, injector and detector were 205, 250 and 250~C, respectively. The calibration curves of cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol were linear in the range of 0.05 - 5pg, r=0.9999. The average recoveries were 99.1% and 99.0%, with RSDs of 1.08% and 1.06 %, respectively.
