Dynamic Response Measurement of Pyroelectric Detector Parameters

摘要 分析了热释电探测器对单脉冲辐射的响应,并组建了热释电探测器特性参数动态响应测试系统,利用相关检测原理检测热释电探测器的电压响应信号,提高了信噪比.设计了基于LabVIEW的测试软件,用此系统测试了热释电探测器对脉冲辐射的电压响应率Rv和归一化探测率D*,为热释电探测器参数测试提供了一种实用的全自动测试手段. The voltage response of pyroelectric detectors to pulse radiation was analyzed, Using lock-in amplifier based on correlation detection principle, response voltage was detected. A dynamic response measuring system of pyroelectric detector parameters was set up. Software was programmed based on LabVIEW. The proposed measuring system is used to measure the voltage responsibility and normal detect ratio of pyroelectric detector to pulse radiation. The result shows that it is a practical automatic system for measuring pyroelectric detector parameters.
