摘要
与心电图中其他波相比,QRS波群具有其显著的特点。我们根据其特点提出了一种综合利用前后幅值差法、半波宽法和R-R间期法的R波检测的算法。该算法简单可靠,对于基线漂移、大P波或大T波、严重高频干扰等具有较强的抗干扰能力,平均准确率在99.5%以上。文章还给出了实验结果和分析。
QRS complex has its distinct characteristics as compared with other waves in Electrocardiogram (ECG). In this paper is introduced a kind of algorithm to identify the R waves, which combines forward-backward difference algorithm, half-wave width algorithm and R-R interval algorithm. The algorithm is simple and reliable. It is in possession of the ability of anti-interference such as baseline drifting, high P waves or high T waves, and severe hlgh-frequency interference. The average accuracy for identification is higher than 99.5%. The results of the experiment and the analyses are also presented.
