摘要
本文研究了煤层气发动机不同工况下空燃比控制方法与控制策略,针对发动机不同工况分别在ECU中采用了开环控制方案和基于氧传感器的PID闭环控制方案;特别针对发动机的进气系统特点提出了双阀控制策略,并采用了比值控制方法。实验表明,空燃比控制方案改善了发动机内的燃烧状况,符合不同工况下的空燃比控制要求。
Research on a control method and strategy for air- fuel ratio of the coal -bed gas engine is introduced in this paper, OLC and CLC are used in the ECU for different conditions. Two -valve controlled scheme is noticed and ratio controller is used for the engine. The experimental result shows that the combustion in the coal- bed gas engine is improved and the AFR is controlled well.
