摘要
为了提高机组安全运行,轴系振动特性设计是减少机组振动的主要途径。文章介绍了大型汽轮发电机组轴系临界转速、不平衡响应、共振转速峰值响应灵敏度(Q因子)和轴系扭振的研究。通过轴系动态振动特性计算,使大型机组轴系具有良好的振动特性。
In order to improve the safe operation of steam turbinegenerator wnit,the characteristic desingn of shaft system vibration is the main way to reduce the vibration of unit. The paper introduces the researches on the critical speed,response of unbalance,response sentivity Q factor of resonant speed peak value and torsional vibration of large size steam turbinegenerator unit shaft system. The dynamic characteristic calculation of shaft system can make the shaft system of large size units to have good vibration characteriaties.
