摘要
为了制作牛蛙心肝肺联合铸型标本,该实验采用20%ABS丙酮溶液,从牛蛙主动脉和肺动脉进行灌注,待硬化后,经过37%的盐酸腐蚀,自来水冲洗,得到牛蛙心肝肺血管联合铸型标本,既显示牛蛙心肝肺原有的形态,又可以清楚地显示心肝肺血管的分布特点.
To make casting of bullfrog's heart, liver and lung, the experiment was injected 20 percent of red ABS plastic into artery and the chamber of heart of bullfrog. When its shape was fixed, the corpses were put into 37 percent of hydrochloric acid to corrode the muscle tissue so that there was only solidified plastic by means of heart, liver and lung which show not only the original shape of the heart, liver and lung, butalso blood circulation clearly in the heart, liver and lung.
