青海省海西地区羊泰勒焦虫病的血清学诊断 被引量:3

摘要 用泰勒焦虫的重组蛋白P48作为DLISA诊断抗原,对青海省海西地区羊泰勒焦虫病进行了血清学调查。结果在651份山羊和绵羊血清中,检出抗体阳性的血清25份;阳性率分别为3.85%。表明青海省海西地区的羊群中存在羊泰勒焦虫的感染。 651 serum samples collected from Goat and Sheep in Haixi area of Qinghai Province were used to detect the antibody of Ovine theileriosis by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay as diagnosis antigen with recombinant Protein P4s. The results showed that 25 serum samples were positive for antibody against P4s in 651 samples examined. The positive rate was 3.85 tercent, suggesting there was the Ovine theileriosis in goat and sheep, in Haixi area of Qinghai provincl.
