摘要
审读工作贯穿于整个编辑出版工作的始终,期刊内部审读机制的构建是提升科技期刊整体质量的关键。重视期刊内部审读机制的构建,并不断加以健全和完善,才能不断提升期刊自身的整体质量,才能确保编辑产品质量,才能奉献优质精神食粮,为和谐出版作出积极的贡献。高校科技期刊内部审读机制构建有四个要点,需要特别注意四个方面的问题。
Examination of the manuscripts gots through the whole process of editing and publishing. This essay emphasizes that the construction of the internal mechanism for the review of the drafts is the key to the quality improvement of journals. Only by this way can the quality of journals be improved. In this paper, the author analyses the key to the establishing of an internal examination mechanism for sci-tech Journals at colleges and universities, and provide some suggestions which should be paid more attention to.
