摘要
目的:探讨不同梗死部位、不同大小和不同数量的梗死灶、不同程度神经功能缺损的超早期脑梗死患者(EEG)的脑电图(EEG)表现。方法:随机选择52例首次发病,发病后初查头颅CT为阴性,数天后经CT、MRI证实为脑梗死的患者,均在发病6 h内作EEG检查。结果:EEG检查的异常率幕上梗死组(91%)明显高于幕下梗死组(37%),大脑皮层梗死组(100%)明显高于大脑深部梗死组(67%),梗死体积≥2 cm×2 cm×2 cm组(97%)明显高于梗死体积<2 cm×2 cm×2 cm组(53%),中、重型神经功能缺失组(88%和100%)明显高于轻型患者组(30%),与梗死灶单发或多发则无明显相关性。结论:脑梗死患者超早期EEG检查的异常率与梗死部位、病灶大小、病情程度有关,而与病灶多少无关。
Objective:To study the electroencephalogram(EEG) changes in the patients with cerebral infarction with different types, position and severity in the super-early stage. Method: EEG examination was performed within 6 hours after hospitaloztion in 52 patients with acute cerebral infraction. They were first attacked and the result of cranial CT was negative. Result: The abnormality rate of EEG in the patients with supratentorial infarction (91%) was higher than that in the patients with subtentorial infarction (37%); the abnormality rate in the patients with cerebral cortex infarction (100 % ) was higher than that in the patients with cerebral deep construction(67%); the abnormality rate in the patients with infarction focus≥2 cm ×2 cm × 2 cm(97%) was higher than that in the patients with infarction focus 〈2 cm × 2 cm × 2 cm(53%) ; the abnormality rate in the patients with moderate and serious dysneuria (88% and 100%) was higher than that in the patients with light dysneuria (30%). But the abnormality rate of EEG was out of relation to the frequency of infarction focus. Conclusion: The EEG change in the patients with cerebral infarction in the super-early stage is related with the infarcted position, volume, degree, but that is not related with the frequency of infarct focus.
