敞口炉把持筒改造与新绝缘材料使用的实践

摘要 广西八一铁合金厂电炉中的电极把持器的结构存在一些缺陷,绝缘材料的耐高温性能较差,需要经常检修。通过对把持筒结构进行改造,并使用新型绝缘材料,减少了停炉时间,提高了设备作业率,取得了较好的经济效益。 There arc some faults in the structure of pole tightening devices in an are furnace of Bayi Ferro Alloy Plant of Guangxi, such as poor high temperature resistant performance of insulating materials and more maintenances. Shutdown time was decreased, utilization rate of the equipment was increased and satisfactory economic efficiency was ob- tained after the structure of the mounting tube was improved and new insulating materials were used.
