摘要
电力系统全停电后的黑启动恢复是一个非常重要的问题,黑启动方案的评估对辅助调度人员制订黑启动方案,实现系统全停后的快速恢复具有重要作用。关联矩阵法作为一种基于矩阵模块的系统评价方法,具有客观性与主观评价相结合、互为补充的优势。基于上述原因本文利用关联矩阵法对各个方案进行分析和评估,为调度人员进行黑启动恢复提供一个科学、直观的决策参考。
The restoration of power system after a complete blackout is a very important problem. Evaluation of schemes of black-start can help dispatchers to establish black-start schemes and restore power system as quickly as possible. As a system evaluation method based on matrix modules, relational matrix analysis has the advantage of combining objective with subjective evaluation. The paper uses the method of relational matrix analysis to analyse and assess various schemes, so that scientific and instructive decision reference can be provided to the dispatchers.
