Influence of Electronic Acupuncture on Serum Leptin and Insulin of Rats with Simple Obesity

摘要 目的观察电针对肥胖大鼠血清瘦素(Leptin)和胰岛素(INS)水平的影响,探讨针刺对肥胖大鼠脂肪、脂蛋白代谢的机理。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组、药物组。正常组喂饲普通饲料,其它组均按要求喂饲高脂饲料,造膜4周后,电针双"内关"、双"足三里"穴。用ELISA法检测血清Leptin含量,放射免疫法检测血清INS水平。结果电针组肥胖大鼠体重明显下降,血清Leptin、INS水平明显下降,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);药物组与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论电针对肥胖大鼠具有减肥效应,能降低肥胖大鼠血清Leptin、INS水平,促进脂肪代谢,提高Leptin受体、INS受体的敏感性和表达,激活信号传递可能是针刺降脂减肥的细胞分子学重要机制。 Objective To observe the effect of electronic acupuncture on serum leptin and insulin of rats with simple obesity. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, electronic acupuncture group and western medicine group. The normal group were fed with normal feedstuff, while the other rats were all fed with a fat-rich diet. Four weeks after modeling, bilateral Neiguan and Zusanli acupoints were punctured with electronic acupuncture. Serum leptin content was detected with ELISA, insulin with radio-immunity. Results With acupuncture, the weight was lost, at the same time, the levels of the serum leptin and insulin of obesity rats decreased significantly in the electronic acupuncture group compared with the model group (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference between the electronic acupuncture group and the normal group (P〉0.05). There was significant difference between the model group and the western medicine group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Electronic acupuncture can lower the weight and the levels of leptin and insulin of the obesity rats, showing that it can accelerate the fat metabolism, increase the sensitivity and expression of leptin receptor and insulin receptor. Activation of signal transmission might be the key mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of lowing lipids and obesity.
