摘要
利用线粒体DNA序列(COI和16S rRNA-tRNALeu(CUN)-NDI)数据对3种豹蛛近缘种间的系统发生关系进行了重建。成对序列比较揭示了这些近缘种间的遗传差异水平远低于其它属,同时指出其种间的亲缘关系较近,分化可能发生于近期。系统发生分析指出:(1)来自同一物种的多个序列均各自形成单系群,其节点都受到了中等强度或较高的自展值(BP≥60% ̄100%)支持;(2)所有数据都支持Pardosa astrigera作为2个物种P.digitaliformis和P.weixica的姊妹群(BP>50%);(3)来自线粒体DNA序列的系统发生分析所得的多个基因树对于P.weixica和P.digitaliformis是否先与P.astrigera形成姊妹群的假设上出现了不同的结论。种间分歧时间估计更新世早期的寒冷气候可能对这些豹蛛的物种演化过程产生了一定的促进作用,同时推测其物种的分化可能源于外围物种形成模式。
Mitochondrial DNA (COI and 16S rRNA-tRNAL^Leu(CUN)-NDI) was used to analyses the phylogenetic relationships among three closely related species in the genus Pardosa from China. Pairwise sequences comparison indicated interspecific genetic differences of Pardosa are less than other spider genus, and suggested close phylogenetic relationships and short divergent time among those species. Significant results were showed by phylogenetic analysis: (1) multiple sequences from the same species clustered in monophyletic clade with mediate or strong bootstrap values (BP 〉1 60% - 100%); (2) P. astrigera was supported as the sister taxon to P. digitaliformis and P. weixica (BP 〉 50%) in all analysis; (3) The various gene trees resulting from the phylogenetic analyses ofmt loci allow discussion of specific hypotheses on the placement ofP. weixica or P. digitaliformis as sister species to P. astrigera. On the basis of the estimated divergence time among the three species, we suggested that the mode dry-cold climate during the early-Pleistocene appear to have a determinating impact on the evolutionary history of those species, and those species differentiation may be from peripheral speciation mode.
