摘要
针对重复压裂过程中混砂车砂泵的排出压力控制系统存在时变性和非线性的特点,采用模糊控制理论,结合专家经验确定了系统的输入、输出模糊变量的隶属度函数;通过Matlab控制工具箱,以重复压裂过程中砂泵的排出压力作为输出变量进行了模糊控制和常规PID控制仿真。仿真结果表明:模糊控制方法的控制响应时间短,振荡小,稳态误差小;模糊控制效果优于常规PID控制方法的控制效果.
During the process of refracturing, the linear and non-linear characteristics were analyzed when there was the system of discharge pressure of blender sand pump being act. Then the I/O fuzzy variable subordinate function was built, which resulted from the combination of fuzzy management theory and experts' experience. The matlab software control components were used in order to simulate the fuzzy management and PID routine control, with the refracturing sand pump discharge pressure as the output variable. It has been proved that the method has many advantages, which are short response duration, light vibration and low steady-state error. And the control effect of fuzzy management is much better than the PID routine control.
