摘要
首先介绍了燃料电池的原理和分类,质子交换膜燃料电池的主要特点和技术问题;并针对PEMFC电堆系统的复杂性,提出了PEMFC电堆系统结构,系统结构主要包括:燃料贮存与供给系统、空气供给系统、冷却水循环系统、功率测量系统、控制系统、报警系统和通讯系统。然后以定点DSP芯片TMS320F2812作为控制系统的核心,详细分析了质子交换膜燃料电池控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计;采用了合适的控制策略和控制算法,形成了实用化的燃料电池控制系统的雏形。
At first, the principle and classify of fuel cell, the main character and technical matters of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) are introduced. The architecture of PEMFC stack system is given aiming at its complexity. The system structure comprised the fuel storage and delivery system, air system, stack cooling system, power monitoring system, control system, alarm system and communication system. Then, the hardware design and software design of the PEMFC control system have been analyzed particularly,which is TMS320F2812 fixed point DSP as the core. Reasonable control strategy and control arithmetic has been adopted. The embryo of fuel cell control system has been developed.
