摘要
为了降低注塑车间次品率,开发了注塑车间监控管理系统,系统由上位机和下位机两部分组成。下位机对生产车间的20台注塑机进行数据采集,并传输至上位机,在上位机上对数据进行保存,处理及调用。为了解决大量数据影响系统实时性的问题,引进了LZSS数据压缩算法。对现场采集的数据的调查与研究表明,压缩算法在注塑车间监控管理系统中的应用具有一定的实际意义。
To reduce the waster rate of injection molding workshop monitoring and management system was designed. The monitoring and management system was composed of slave computer and host computer. The slave computer carried on the data acquisition of the production workshop 20 injection molding machines, and transmitted data to host computer, in which data are preserved, processed and transferred. In order to solve the system real-time problem because of mass data influence, the system introduced LZSS data compression algorithm. On-site data collection surveys and research showed that the application of compression algorithm in monitoring and management system of injection molding workshop had certain practical significance.
