摘要
通过合理选择原材料、正确进行配合比设计,采用合适的拌合方式和成型压力等工艺,配制出一种具有较大孔隙率的透水性水泥混凝土。当粗骨料粒级为2.36~9.5 mm时,按集灰比6:1的配比,采用水泥裹石法和2 MPa的成型压力,配制而成的透水性混凝土的各项基本性能均符合配制要求。
Water permeable cement concrete with higher porosity was prepared by means of rational selection of raw materials,correct mix design,appropriate mixing and forming pressure.Under the condition of coarse aggregate size 2.36~9.5 mm,aggregate/cement ratio 6:1,cement coating aggregate and forming pressure 2 MPa,each key property of prepared water permeable cement concrete can satisfy predetermined demand.
