摘要
Bragg光栅传感器是利用Bragg波长对温度、应力的敏感特性制成的一种新型光纤传感器,其光纤光栅传感解调系统采用的接口程序大多是基于DDE技术,稳定性较差。目前主流的组态软件都无一例外地支持OPC技术,如果光纤光栅传感器接口程序也支持这一标准,就能实现光纤传感器与各主流组态软件间无缝连接。该文以武汉某桥健康监测系统的接口程序开发为例,阐述了基于OPC规范的接口程序原理,介绍了接口程序的设计方法和设计过程。
The fiber Bragg grating sensor is a novel fiber optic one, which makes use of the property that the Bragg wavelength is sensitive to temperature and strain. At present,the interface software for the fiber grating sensor's demodulation system is a kind of DDE-based one. Its stability is not good and needs modified for exchanging the data with other different systems. If the interface program for a fiber grating sensor supports the OPC protocol too, it can be connected with other systems completely, thus expanding the applied scope of the fiber grating sensor. The paper takes the development of the bridge's long-term healthy monitoring system for example applicable to the second Yangtze River Bridge in Wuhan, and presents the OPC principle and the design process of the interface program.
