硅胶固载硫酸铈催化合成己酸戊酯

The Synthesis of Amyl Hexanoate Catalyzed by Cerium Sulfate Supported on Silica Gel

摘要 采用自制硅胶固载硫酸铈为催化剂由己酸和戊醇酯化合成了己酸戊酯,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间及带水剂等因素对收率的影响。结果表明该催化剂性能优良。最佳反应条件下,不加带水剂的收率为93.0%,以苯为带水剂的收率达98.4%。 Amyl hexanoate was synthesized from hexanoic acid and amyl alcohol by esterification using cerium sulfate supported on silica gel as the catalyst. The effects of catalyst amount, reaction time, molar ratio of alcohol to acid and carrying water agent on the yield were investigated. Experimental results showed that the catalyst was ex- cellent. Under the optimized conditions, the yield could reach 93.0% (without carrying water agent) or 98.4% (with benzene as carrying water agent).
