摘要
采用柠檬酸水溶液为进料液、去离子水为冲洗液,在连续环状萃取色谱床内实验测定了不同操作条件下的流出曲线。利用考虑轴向扩散影响的传质过程数学模型,通过直接拟合实验流出曲线的方法求解相间总传质系数等模型参数,讨论了该模型的可行性。
The concentration profiles at the outlet for different operating conditions were measured in a continuous annular extraction chromatography. Aqueous solution of citric acid was used as feed, and deionized water as eluent. The total interphase mass transfer coefficients were calculated by fitting the experimental concentration profiles at outlet based on the diffusion model. The feasibility of this method was discussed. This method was compared with Carta method in this paper.
