摘要
重构光场的相位是光学干涉计量的基础和难点,相移技术是其中重要的方法,但相移误差在实验中是很难回避的,从而引起相位重构出现误差,所以如何消除或减少相移误差对相位重构的影响是受普遍关注的问题。文章分析了在常用的四步相移中相移误差对相位重构的影响,给出了相移误差与相位重构误差的关系式,并提出了一种在离轴数字全息情况下,先通过条纹拟合计算相移误差量,继而修正重构相位误差的方法。文章给出了模拟计算和实验结果,证明该方法是有效的。
Phase- shifting is an important technology in phase reconstruction, one of the most essential and difficult problems of opneal interferometry. The error of phase- shifting always exists in experiments and it will cause the error in phase reconstruction. As such, how to reduce the error or calibrate reconstructed phase is attracting wide attention. In this article, we discussed the phase reconstruction error caused by the error of phase- shifting in off- axis holography, and the formula is presented. An error-compensating algorithm base on digital holography, fourstep phase - shifting and interference fringe fit with a cosine function, and the results of simulation and experiment testing are presented. The results of simulation and experiment prove that the novel error - compensating algorithm is effective.
