基于VCSELs外光反馈干涉的微小振动测量研究

摘要 利用垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSELs)的外光反馈干涉技术推出微小振动测量数学模型,由此提出一种基于外腔VCSELs的微小振动测量系统,并对正弦波形式的微小振动进行了仿真测量。结果表明,该模型的测量误差比传统微小振动测量方法的误差下降了1~2个数量级;进一步得出,合理选取外光反馈强度可使误差达到最低且能直接判断待测物体的振动方向。 A mathematical model of micro - vibration measurement is deduced by using the extemal optical feedback in VCSELs. Therefore, a microvibration measurenent system based on a VCSEL is proposed and the measurement of a sinusoidal micro - vibration is simulated. Results indicate that the model measurement errors are decreased 1 - 2 orders of magnitude compared with the traditional micro - vibration measurement methods, It also shows that a reasonable feedback intensity can obtain the lowest measurement errors and can observe the vibration direction direcdy.
