摘要
通过改变脉冲电场的电压对普碳钢熔体进行处理,得到了晶粒细化的效果,并针对晶粒细化效果得出了最优的脉冲电压控制参数。利用原位分析仪分析了凝固过程钢中主要元素的分布与偏析情况。在电场对主要元素的分布影响方面做出了探索性的研究,并结合前人的研究成果,浅析了脉冲电场的作用机制。
Through changing the voltage of pulse electric field to process molten carbon steel, we obtained refined grain and optimized control parameters of pulse voltage corresponding to the refined grain. The main element distribution and segregation in the molten steel during solidification were analyzed by the OPA (original position analyzer) and the effect of electric field on the main element distribution was investigated. Combining with previous achievements, the functioning mechanism of pulse electric filed was also studied.
